NAWA – the National Agency for Academic Exchange, has granted funding under the STER programme for the Internationalisation of Doctoral Schools. Geoarchaeology, i.e. the use of soil research in archaeology, is becoming Wrocław's spécialité de la maison – says archaeologist Mateusz Krupski from the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, and one of the few micromorphological researchers in Poland. He is the lead author of an article that has just been published in the prominent journal 'Geoderma'.
