Transport and pedestrian movement on campus

Around 9,000 people study and work at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. Every day, they arrive at the university using various modes of transport, which allow them to conveniently reach the buildings on the Grunwaldzki and Biskupin campuses. Pedestrian pathways ensure safe access to the main entrances of individual buildings, and parking lots are located in designated areas or underground, so they do not disrupt pedestrian traffic. The number of parking spaces on campus is limited and regulated by the rector's directive. During the winter season, pedestrian pathways are regularly cleared of snow and secured.

At UPWr, we promote sustainable transportation and encourage staff and students to use various forms of public transport in the city and to participate in carsharing.

Our dormitories are equipped with bike storage rooms and bicycle shelters. Bike racks are available on campus.
