Admission and requirements

The following documents must be uploaded by the student:

• Learning Agreement signed by the student, signed and stamped by the responsible person(s) at home institution.

All students coming on exchange at UPWr through Erasmus+ must complete a Learning Agreement. This is a contract that must be signed by the student, the home university and at UPWr. The Learning Agreement contains a description of which courses you should take on exchange and gives you confidence that courses you pass can be approved as part of your degree. Learning Agreement document is mandatory in the form of an Online Learning Agreement (OLA) and all the signatures are digital.

• Certificate confirming language competences (English or Polish level B2 – CEFR)
  
  

Electronic Registration System

Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) is a network where all HEIs can exchange information regarding mobilities within the Erasmus+ programme. Erasmus+ Dashboard allows university to manage incoming and outgoing students, sign and review their Online Learning Agreements.

Deadline for submission:

• Winter semester: July 1^st 
• Spring semester: December 15^th 

After arrival, but not before October 1^st, the student is registered at the respective Faculty and receives a student ID.

European Student Card
