Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences is currently one of the best specialised universities in Poland. The university educates and conducts research in the fields of agricultural sciences, science, natural sciences and engineering.
The university, as an independent institution of higher education, was established in Wroclaw in 1951, but its history dates back to the 19th century and the traditions of Lviv universities.
