Election Calendar for the Rector, Senate Members, Dean Candidates, and Members of the Electors' College and Faculty Electors' Colleges at the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences for the 2024-2027 Term

Until January 31, 2024

• Allocation of mandates for different groups of electors by the University Electoral Commission;
• Determination of voter groups and scheduling of electoral meetings;
• Conducting elections of 160 university staff to the Electors' College;
• Election of 40 representatives of students and doctoral candidates to the Electors' College;
• Pre-election survey.

February 12, 2024, Prof. Tołpa Hall, 9:00-12:00

• Meeting of the University Electoral Commission – accepting nominations for candidates for the position of Rector;
• Announcement of the candidates for Rector to the public.

Second half of February 2024

• Advisory meeting of the Senate;
• Nomination of candidates for Rector by the University Council or electors;
• Public announcement of the Senate's opinion and the nominations for Rector by the University Council and electors;
• Election of WKE electors among non-academic staff employed at the Faculties.

March 4, 2024 (Monday), 10:00, John Paul II Hall

• The first meeting of the Electors' College, election of the Chairman and Deputies, appointment of Secretary and Scrutiny Committee;
• Pre-election debate (meeting for Electors only) – speeches by nominated candidates for Rector, opportunity for questions.

March 12, 2024 (Tuesday), 10:00, John Paul II Hall

• The second meeting of the UPWr Electors' College – election of the Rector.

April 23, 2024, Prof. Tołpa Hall, 9:00-12:00

• Meeting of the University Electoral Commission – accepting nominations for candidates for the position of Dean;
• Announcement of the candidates for Dean to the public.

May 6-10, 2024

• Meetings of the Faculty Electors' Colleges – election of Deans.

Second half of May 2024

• Election of Senate members among professors and university professors.
