Interdisciplinary international cooperation as the key to excellence in science and education (INCREaSE) has been funded within International Academic Partnership Programme by Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).
The objective of the Programme is to develop sustainable academic partnerships in the research, education and scientific development. The results of the project should provide a foundation for a long-lasting cooperation of entities forming a Partnership.
INCREaSE project is in line with a UPWr long-term international and development policy. The objectives of the project are the same as those envisaged in the UPWr development strategy until 2030:
- strengthening scientific excellence through international academic exchange
- boosting research cooperation with highly renowned research centers at an international scale in strategic research areas
Both biotechnology and geodesy are identified among the key and strongly developing research areas of the University therefore they constitute two pillars of INCREaSE project. The results of the project should provide a foundation for a long-lasting cooperation of entities forming a Partnership.
The target group of the INCREaSE project are: young researchers with sound scientific track record - leaders of scientific excellence; PhD and master students, especially those active in scientific groups and projects; administrative staff involved in the international exchange and research projects.
