Discover the secrets of the mushroom kingdom during Nature Day!
Join us for an extraordinary adventure in the heart of nature, where you will uncover the mysteries and beauty of the mushroom kingdom. We will introduce you to their natural habitat and identify which species are safe to eat and which are best avoided. Discover both contemporary and nearly forgotten culinary recipes involving mushrooms.
There will be numerous workshops and attractions tailored to different age groups – both for children and adults. Sports, handicrafts, and educational activities will ensure there will be something for everyone. Our scientists will present the fascinating world of mushrooms under the microscope, share knowledge about plastic biodegradation, and show which edible mushrooms can be found around Wrocław.
There will also be an opportunity to observe how dogs trained in finding truffles demonstrate their skills, as well as learn the secrets of where to look for these rare and valuable mushrooms. There will also be concerts, a plant fair, and a food truck zone, providing great fun and relaxation amidst nature.
