Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture of the Wroclaw University of Technology, major: Spatial Management (graduated in 1996). In 2001, she received her doctoral degree and, in the same year, obtained professional certification in real property valuation. In 2013, she received habilitation in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Engineering and Protection, based on the monograph entitled: “Planning decisions and the transformations of the cultural landscape in rural areas”. Since 2011, she has been the Head of the Department of Geodesic Agricultural Facilities and Real Property Management at the Institute of Spatial Economy of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences. Since 2018 – Head of the post-graduate studies programme in Property Valuation.
Her fields of interest include the influence of planning decisions on the shaping of the natural and cultural environment, the evaluation of their financial and environmental impact, real property management, housing management, and property valuation.
She is the author or co-author of over 90 academic publications, including over 20 listed in the Journal Citation Report (JCR) database. She participated in the realisation of 3 research projects and 4 internal grants.
