According to the World Food Programme, 925 million people all over the world are undernourished. This means that every seventh inhabitant of Earth does not have access to sufficient amounts of food – the largest group consisting of owners of small farms, and women and children from poor, rural regions.

Choir conquers Spain

The choir from the Wrocław University of Life and Environment Sciences won two awards at the International Choir Festival held in Lloret de Mar Spain. The choir was recognized with a first place award in the Catalonian song category and came in second in the category titled ‘sacred song’. The festival was held September 11th though the 16th.
