Animations about scientific disciplines: food
UPWr has seven leading scientific disciplines in which it educates students and doctoral students, and carries out scientific research. Short animated films are being created for each discipline - the first in the series is devoted to food and nutrition technology.
For the purposes of advertising recruitment to the UPWr Doctoral School in the seven disciplines as well as to promote the disciplines themselves, animated films are being created which present the research areas in which we specialize. Consulted with representatives of given disciplines, they present the most important issues being addressed and researched by scientists around the world, including Wrocław.
The first film in the series is devoted to the discipline of food technology and nutrition. It addresses such topics as: increased demand for food, waste generated during its production, diet-related diseases and frequently confusing or even contradictory Internet information about what is healthy in food.
