Vaccinations for UPWr employees and students are underway
Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences is joining the workplace vaccination program. The vaccine is for university employees who are not lecturers and students who are 18 years old and above.
Today, on April 27, those who are eligible will receive a questionnaire at their employee and student e-mail addresses on their willingness to take part in the vaccination program. Based on the completed questionnaires, the university will register its participation in the program on the day the applications open, i.e. on May 4 (the employer must collect a minimum of 300 willing participants in order to be able to join the program).
Attention!
The vaccination program coordinated by UPWr is parallel to the one organised by Common Vaccination Centers.
The date of when the vaccinations will begin depends on the availability of vaccines, so we encourage you to register accordingly to the schedule of other places - this will guarantee that you will get the soonest vaccination date.
Rules of conduct in the case of employees registered by the employer, who already have a vaccination date:
- If the previously established date happens to be earlier than the date set for the workplace vaccination, the employee is vaccinated at the vaccination point in accordance with their registration (they do not get vaccinated at work).
- If the previous vaccination date falls later than the date set for the workplace vaccination, it will be automatically canceled when the electronic vaccination card is issued (the employee gets vaccinated at work).
In the coming days, the registration for vaccinations of the following years will start:
- April 27 - born 1976-1977
- April 28 - born 1978-1979
- April 29 - born 1980-1981
- April 30 - born 1982-1983
- May 1 - born 1984-1985
- May 3 - born 1986-1987
- May 4 - born 1988-1989
- May 5 - born 1990-1991
- May 6 - born 1992-1993
- May 7 - born 1994-1996
- May 8 - born 1997-1999
- May 9 - born 2000-2003
Where will the vaccinations take place?
Vaccinations for employees and students coordinated by UPWr will take place at the Vratislavia Medica hospital at ul. Lekarska 1 in Wrocław. The university cannot send employees and students to another vaccination point.

At the moment, the university does not know which vaccine companies will be directed to vaccinate university employees and students.
