The Rector's Christmas Message

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

The year of exceptional experiences, trials and tribulations is coming to an end. The pandemic showed how fragile human life is, how difficult isolation is, how technology influences our everyday life, both private and professional. We all reminded ourselves of the importance of responsibility, care, mutual kindness and understanding.

This year's Christmas, like the whole year 2020, will be different. However, the limitations imposed by the pandemic give us a chance to appreciate what we have not always paid attention to in our everyday chase - the bond with another person.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Students, we close the year 2020 with many changes, the next one will start with ambitious plans and challenges.

Thanking everyone for their commitment, which allowed us to go through the pandemic unscathed, I wish you health, success and many ideas, which you will turn into actions with satisfaction for yourself and for the benefit of our Alma Mater.
