Second Prize in Ohrid
The Choir of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences received high marks at the International Choral Festival and Competition in Ohrid, Macedonia.
The festival, which is permanently scheduled on the calendar of world choral reviews, was held from August 25th through the 29th, 2011.
The choir received high scores, as many as 82 points out of a possible 100, and placed itself second among all of the choral groups awarded. The festival was attended by 50 choirs from across Europe. Thus far, this is the most significant success of our academic team.
