English for All — TEMPUS project

In connection with project execution TEMPUS EFA (English for all), the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences hosted 23 guests from Israeli and other European universities (including Cyprus, Germany, Great Britain and Italy).

Staff from organizations including the Distance Learning Center, the Foreign Language Center and the Office of International Programs each participated in a coordination meeting and a training session entitled “Inventive Thinking”. Professor Józefa Chrzanowska – Vice-Rector for Students Affairs and Education, welcomed the participants of the project.

The objective of the project is to integrate English teaching with other major subjects taught in English at Israeli and other partner universities in the EU. This includes the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wroclaw. Professor Anna Karczewa from the Department of Environmental Protection and Ewa Hajdasz from the Foreign Language Center addressed the University of Environmental and Life Sciences’ experience and history in English studies. The Distance Learning Center provided technical support for the event.
