Remote classes are prolonged until the end of the 2020/2021 summer semester

Due to the pandemic, classes on university grounds are suspended until the end of the 2020/2021 summer semester.

Most classes - for students, doctoral students and participants of other forms of education, as well as additional classes (courses, training, sports activities, student society meetings and creative groups, etc.) - will be carried out remotely.

The exceptions are individual classes for the 1st, 3rd and 5th year of veterinary medicine (both courses, in Polish and English) and geodesy and cartography field classes. Also, some of the postgraduate classes and additional classes, to which the Rector will give consent, may be stationary, and kept under a full sanitary regime. The list of full-time classes will be provided by the deans of individual faculties.

Diploma theses and master's theses as well as work related to research projects, including activity in student research clubs, as a form of individual activity, will be carried out remotely or stationary, depending on the situation.

Diploma and master’s theses defenses as well as final exams will be conducted remotely.

Internships and the way they were organized will not change. They will be mainly stationary. Some internships may be carried out in a hybrid form, and in justified cases also remotely. In the event of not finding a place in an external institution, it is possible to organize internships at the university.

Remote classes do not mean that the university is closed, but if possible, all matters should be dealt with over the phone and e-mail.

Administrative units of the university return to a shift work system from April 19.
