U-Report is a chatbot aimed at youth and young adults (up to 24 years old), which can be used by both Polish and foreign students.
U-Report is a youth digital platform by UNICEF available on 4 messengers (Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber). U-Report operates in many European countries (including Italy, Germany, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia) and serves as a tool for sharing information, raising awareness on various topics, and engaging young people. Our chatbot is available in three languages: English, Ukrainian, and Polish. Content available on U-Report includes information on education such as career guidance, choosing future professions, overcoming exam stress; and mental health, including recognizing and accepting emotions, stress management, self-care practices, supporting others, self-acceptance, and seeking help. In addition to the main content, U-Report also provides short surveys where young people can express their opinions on specific, important topics to them. Survey results help better understand the needs of young people and support the implementation of actions addressing those needs.
