“QUALITY AND SAFETY IN FOOD PRODUCTION CHAIN”
The Conference will take place in Wroclaw at 15-16 September 2022
Problems to be discussed:
1. Innovative food products, nutrition and consumer behaviour.
2. New trends in food technology and packaging systems
3. Food analytics
4. Traditional, regional and functional food
5. Quality and Safety Systems in food production chain
Outstanding specialists are invited to share their experience by providing the presentations during the
Plenary Sessions within the Conference (English only). Abstracts will be published by the Publisher of the
Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences. Selected reviewed full texts will be granted for
publishing in Applied Sciences or Food Technology and Biotechnology (FTB) Zagreb or Acta Scientiarum
Polonorum Technologia Alimentaria.
The conference fee 900 PLN (eq. 200 Euro) and 600 PLN (eq. 150 Euro) for students and PhD students
covers conference proceedings, lunches and coffees, banquet, publishing of granted papers. The fee does
not cover travel and accommodation costs. Posters will be presented in electronic form. Registration form
with abstract and e-poster should be submitted until 28 August 2022, conference fee not later than 15
August 2022.
