Get ready for the Cheese and Wine Festival. It's going to be delicious!

We are approaching another edition of the Cheese and Wine Festival in Wrocław’s Pawłowice. In line with our new tradition, it will be a two-day event (September 28-29th) filled with culinary activities for both adults and children. The program will feature workshops, tastings, and demonstrations where participants can learn the secrets of cheese and wine production.

On Saturday, attendees will have the chance to tour a cheese factory, and the youngest visitors will be able to take part in culinary workshops, where, under the guidance of experienced instructors, they will learn how to prepare a healthy breakfast. The day will also be enlivened by a cooking show on a giant pan and the best cheese contest.

For Sunday, wine-making workshops are planned, where participants will learn about sparkling wine production, the role of ethanol in wine, and have the opportunity to taste selected beverages. There will also be activities dedicated to healthy dairy snacks for children. The event will conclude with the announcement of the results for the best wine competition.

During the festival, visitors will also have the chance to explore a market offering tastings and sales of cheeses, wines, and other regional products, as well as... plants. In addition to cheeses, you can grab a bite from one of the many food trucks or try a dish cooked in a giant pan by Michał Szwed, a finalist of MasterChef.

The Cheese and Wine Festival is a perfect opportunity to discover the flavors of regional products and enjoy time with family in a unique atmosphere.
